Network Operations Center
The purpose of a NOC.HR is to provide 24/7 monitoring and management of the entire enterprise IT.
This includes servers, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN gateways and any other devices used by the organization. A typical Network Operations Center will monitor all of this equipment and alert staff if it detects anything unusual or out of place. It may also perform routine maintenance tasks like rebooting systems, updating software patches, and installing new firmware.

Resources Utilization
The utilization rate is defined as the overall extent to which data center servers are being used and is usually recorded as a percentage. Recent studies states that utilization rates at many data centers are quite low resulting in poor usage of resources such as energy and labor.
Cloud computing can leverage over-provisioned resources that are wasted in traditional data centers hosting production applications by consolidating tasks with lower QoS and SLA requirements. However, the dramatic fluctuation of workloads with lower QoS and SLA requirements may impact the performance of production applications.
Our data center resources are not unlimited, but we always have enough HPE servers, enough CPU power, RAM and disks to meet any technical requirement for our customers.
